Excellent and friendly service from hotel apprentice staff! Rooms are met with expectations but their housekeepers can be quite persistent in cleaning the rooms despite telling them it’s ok not to.. Hotel room doors can be a little noisy despite fitted with automatic door closer?

This is nice hotel. You can take room for smokers. There is a pool and restaurant. Hotel place near to McDonald's. Nice view from upper floors. Nice staff. Everything works fine here. There is no problem with ordering food to room. Wifi internet works fine. Nice food in restaurant. But this is not new futuristic hotel. I would say its late 90'. Anyway it is good and staff is working well. In room you have own safe for your disposal. There is possibility to take everyday bus that is going to all biggest companies in city like Nokia. Very useful. Only con is it is not center of city and building is not newest.

I am staying on the 17t floor but the room picks up sooo much noise from the street and rails through the night. Cannot have a restful sleep. I have always stayed at Sheraton Grand during the past few visits and decided to give the Four Points a try because it’s close to work. Wrong decision.

Lighting in the room is so so dim, i almost couldn't see inside my own room. There is nothing around the hotel except for a McDonald's and a shady "entertainment venue". I would avoid like the plague next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
