The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. It’s a decent star hotel to stay in for business visits and amenities are above average. There is a bar on property, pool and a good gym. Well maintained and fairly new

Loved the room comfortable bed love the bathroom door 🤣 and the shower. Nice outside area to relax the bar area was really cool a lot of people were having a good time it was a great feel. Only bad rating was breakfast. The eggs were the texture of potato salad 🤮 other than I love this place and will stay again

On first night, the door key did not work, there was only 1 staff so after calling room service for 5 times and 1 hour being locked out of room, it was fixed and we were let in but staff was good and apologized and she said manager has agreed over phone to waive off this night as this is huge inconvenience. On the day of check out, another staff member on reception denied that we ever agreed to give first night complimentary, she called assistant manager who was totally unprofessional, non apologetic, non customer empathetic and without understating anything says I will honor the promise made earlier. Assistant manager refused to give customer service email or phone number to talk to someone who is more professional and understand their job. Assistant manager came again and was rude all throughout her conversation when we requested in polite tone. Finally she said don’t bother about this hotel, I don’t care about customers and I won’t share my manager number or customer care number. One of worst management of this hotel, stay away from this place as they don’t know how to handle customer. Very bad.

Wifi wasn’t working and they said a technician is only available during the morning hours which I couldn’t be available for since I was there for a work trip. I ended up using my own internet every evening to get work done if I needed to work after dinner. The coffee machine in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages (see pic). That made me wonder what else they “skipped” cleaning. Avoid if you have other options.

The other day I had a king size room and I would have given it a 5 star rating. The manager, Kim, took it upon herself to change my reservation from a King to Queen today. Didn't ask me. Room is totally different. No more than 3 stars. Don't appreciate reservation being changed. I thought this was my new spot to stay. It isn't now. That saddens me. Talked with Kim. Basically screw the customer unless you are with a big group. Kim, manager, is not a people person. The commissions I read were all about management. I wound day Kim is the problem. I'm looking for the owners that sign her check.. They need to read the reviews.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
