Jerica checked us in. There was an issue with the thermostat in our room not working correctly, however, she addressed it immediately and switched our room. Met us upstairs and walked us through the new room. Amazing customer service! Thank you, Jerica!

Misleading pet policy. Led us into booking a room since the pet policy listed on their website AND Marriott App was “Pets welcome” but when we checked in we were charged an additional $60 for the length of our stay. Unfortunate since the service and remainder of stay were otherwise exceptional.

I checked into to the hotel on Friday and upon checkin I informed the front desk we were there for a funeral because we needed to check in early. From that point until checkout the experience was AMAZING. The regional manager Kay let us indulge in a private tasting for a new chef they were training and it was amazing. The Head chef Ms. Quail was outstanding she made sure we had a great breakfast the day of the funeral and then gave me a hug and said a prayer for my family. And the front desk agent Michie made sure we had a smooth and checkout and quickly retrieved an item my mom left in the room and had it ready when my relatives arrived to pick it up. I made sure to get everyone's name because that was just how great they took care of us. The atmosphere was amazing, very quiet and very well kept and my roomwas very nice and with a great view. I definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, 24 hour coffee in lobby with large screen TV, extended stay available, quiet, safe neighborhood, and good parking. Spring Woods Church of Christ holds services in their meet room every Sunday morning from 9 am to noon as well as Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
