Stayed only 2 nights here because they didn't have availability for more days. But it's right in the city centre. The rooms were neatly done, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous with many options to choose from. The staff were welcoming, the swimming pool was heated up, and their gym well equipped. Would recommend 👌.

It was a brief but pleasant conference visit. The room was comfortable and the meals were great. Be sure to try the African Tea, as well as the cafe latte. There is a good number of meeting rooms as well.

Where do I start, the service absolute 5 out of 5, these guys treated me and my friends like royalty, the rooms are so beautiful, so comfy, obviously clean, room service was good, room had everything needed at all times, it was super pretty. The location is perfect. Kigali is such a beautiful place and the location of Your points makes it perfect, it was so calm, no noise just natures beauty. The fooooood oh My goodness, heavenly. Food in all kinds, well done, I would love there 😂🫴 did I mention the care that the waiters gave us, yes I did but let me emphasize it, there was this guy that literally opened the door for me every single time I was getting into my hall...so cute! Four points is definitely a five star hotel ... Well deserved! Oh wait I forgot to mention about the gym and pool, super pretty too!

I appreciated the excellent staff, but there were aspects of my stay that were disappointing. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and occasionally non-functional. Secondly, the bed sheets had an "unusual" odor. Most concerning, however, was the connecting door between rooms. As a solo female traveler, I found the noise from my neighbor late at night quite disturbing. On a positive note, the food was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, there is a clear need for improvement in terms of cleaning and maintenance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
