I would have given 5 stars as the Hotel is very nice and clean and the staff were excellent; but, I kept turning up the thermostat and stayed cold. The next morning when I inquired, the person at the front desk told me that the temperature was fixed, presumably at 19 degrees C. She offered to have a space heater delivered, which I declined as my stay was only 2 nights. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. And, I will stay there again on my next trip.

We recently had 2 stays at his hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff are efficient and accommodating , including to English speaking guests. The rooms were well appointed and clean albeit a little on the small side. Excellent location, including easy to get to and away, if you’re looking for something in Linkou. Parking garage is one of the nicest (clean, airy and bright) we’ve seen anywhere. We recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, good room+shower, great breakfast buffet, and a rejuvenating spa. However, some additional services are priced crazy high. I could almost buy new clothes for the same amount as the laundry bill. Just few minutes phone call ended with nearly 30 USD bill. A breakfast to go cost nearly 40 USD in Taiwan (see picture, which are just some items from the breakfast buffet) . If I had known these prices beforehand, I would definitely cut down on these costs. I guess that's Sheraton to blame, because staff are good.

This hotel SCHEDULED electricity maintenance while they have paying guests. The electricity is down and has been down for hours. They told us the electricity won’t be back until 4am. There are parents carrying their infants and babies in the lobby, waiting for the electricity to return. I cannot climb 15 flights of stairs to get to my room on the 15th floor. I also do not want to wait on the 1st floor until 4am so I can get to sleep. Even if I stayed in my room — no air, no lights, no water? How is it even possible to breathe in a room like that in the middle of the night? There is completely no air in the room. And we paid full price here. Completely a scam. This is unimaginable. We have never encountered a situation like this in all our lives. All the guests in the lobby expected there to be a backup generator. All the hotels in the world have backup electricity for basic AIR and WATER. This is inhumane and a very dangerous hazard to guests. People could suffocate in their rooms, in their sleep, or trip in the dark. There is NO AIR in the rooms. There are no windows. Imagine being stuck on the 15th floor with no air, in the dark. It’s a nightmare. No air, no electricity, nothing for 4 hours and they STILL charge full price for a night.

Stayed for 2 days, not worth the price. The room doesn't have a heater and doesn't have a bathtub. The lobby is very small, and breakfast is not included. Besides the location, there's no reason to come back. Regret booking; feels like a waste of money. Our room was not ready when checking in. Feel like 3 stars hotel with 4 stars price. Won't stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
