        Mediocre Experience at Four Points by Sheraton Airport, LA I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Airport in LA, and my overall experience was just average. The rooms were acceptable but showed signs of age, particularly the outdated bathroom. Cleaning standards left something to be desired, and improvements in that area are necessary. Considering the price I paid, 189 AUD for 2 people, I found the value for money lacking. The amenities were limited, with a small gym offering only 2 or 3 machines, leaving much to be desired in terms of fitness options. While not a terrible experience, I expected more for the price point.

        The hotel itself is very much dated and in need of a major refresh. I stayed there for a total of five hours. Upon checking in, my room wreaked of weed. The front desk was very responsive and sent security right up with keys to a new room. The second room was much better and the bed was decent. I valued the low price as well as the convenient airport shuttle and excellent customer service to rectify a bad situation.

        If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel was disgusting and it was so disappointing our experience not what you would ever expect from something that is supposed to be a nicer hotel chain. I could have stayed at motel 6 and had a better experience. We arrived to workers on strike and camped out and when I say camped out I mean literal tents outside trash everywhere clothes hanging on clothes lines. It literally looked like skid row. Not to mention the marching band the strikers had going every day starting at 5am. I could have looked past all that except the rooms are dirty and not kept at all. It was absolutely disgusting I am still fighting for my money back as we got no sleep and the hotel accommodations are not safe or acceptable. Homeless men roaming the hallways talking to themselves I mean this was literally the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Pay the extra 20 or 30 a night and stay somewhere clean and safe!

        When you book a Sheraton hotel you have an expectation of service, quality and a modern interior. But nothing could be further from the truth. This hotel carries a 70-ties like atmosphere. The carpet is old, the elevators (the ones that work) make funny noises. You have to change your keycards everyday because they simple stop working. Staff told us they were issued the cheapest card available and that the problem, not being able to open your hotelroom door, happens often. The bar closes at 10:30 pm which is pretty early for an airport hotel. We also had to wait 10 minutes before we were able to order our beer. The gym is old fashioned and multiple weights are missing from the rack. Then we have the parking lot. You have to pay $50 a DAY for parking at this lot, while the website states that they have valet parking. Staff told us that abandoned valet parking after Covid. I have read other reviews stating the same complaints and the hotel responds with the same answer every time: We thank you for your response, but we will not change our parking rates. Worse even is the fact that if you leave the parking lot for shopping, they charge you again when you come back. That means that if you stay for four days, your hotel price goes up at least another $ 200. This is on-acceptable and should be mentioned during booking process. The rooms are clean and nice, but the windows can't be opened, so no fresh air available. There is dust buildup on the air condition filters in the bathroom. The hotel doesn't have a green towel policy, that means that if you stay for multiple days, like we did, the towels are changed every day. Regardless if we hang them to dry on the rack on the wall. Located at the Airport the international traveller expects a good offer and available TV-programs. But only dozens of news outlets and none are international orientated. The films are only available if you pay $20 or more, which is ridiculous off course. Wifi is free, but has sometimes problems to catch up which your video streaming from your own device. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays. I wouldn't pay more $80 per night for these kind of accommodations at this hotel.Perhaps one nighter's might have not the experience we had. There are better hotel at the airport like the Westin and Sheraton Gateway hotels with similar prices.

        Hotel room was outdated, dingy looking wall, soap was empty in bathroom and room has old carpet smell. Check in process was very slow, only 1 counter open around 4pm causing long queue, after 15 minutes waiting, they opened 3 more check in counter. Ice machine was broken, hallway was dirty, this is the worst Four Point hotel I’ve ever stayed in my experience. Safety deposit for a night was $350, I think that’s too much for a room quality I got. Parking charges was $50, it was $10 more expensive than Holiday Inn LAX, on top of that they charge administrative fee about $12, that’s ridiculous for long waiting line to check in. The charge on my card showing $63, compare to Holiday Inn LAX, I only got $44 at the end of my 1 night stay. The reason I chose this hotel, because it’s close to my rental car return, early flight schedule and from my past experience, Four Point by Sheraton is a decent 3 star hotels. I didn’t expect motel quality room.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
