        I expected way more from a 5-star hotel. While I wanted to take a shower , I noticed that I had no slippers in the room. Only 2 bottles of water 330ml that's really cheap(no coffee available). No spoons as well, no nothing!( only tea was available). I went to sit down on the terrace turns out it was closed. Most halls in the hotel smell bad due to the food of guests and the garbage is always in front of the doors!! The only good thing was the food during breakfast. I hope these things are to be addressed more precisely because that's my last experience in the Sheraton.

        This property used to have better service, but my recent stay was really disappointing in terms of service. No one picks up the phone when calling for room service. Could not find anyone at the desks to provide luggage carts. Saving grace was a local employee who helped me with the luggage cart when checking out. They seemed understaffed and also housekeeping needs to be more responsive. Shuttle was on time. Breakfast is also diverse with multiple options.

        They don’t provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, or water without you having to go downstairs and pester them for it. They don’t attend phone calls made from rooms either, so be prepared to get ready every ten minutes to beg them to finally bring water up to your room. As I write this it’s been 2 hours since I asked them to bring water to my room. Additionally, they did not clean the room when asked. Thankfully it is my last night. Do not stay here.

        This hotel it is great! Location is superb, easy to access and park anywhere around. Also they have shuttle buses to go to Masjid Al Haram. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. The room was clean and size fair enough. The staff it is really helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you so much to all and special thanks for the complimentary welcome fruits, that was an awesome plus! Will stay next time here for sure.

        A good hotel. All amenities close by. Shuttle every half an hour to haram. Drops you exactly under the clock tower. There’s a 7 min walk to the haram. Which is quite decent. And the pathway is completely shaded. The breakfast buffet was also decent. Overall a good stay for the price.
