Literally the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. No bed bugs, CLEAN room (literally the only hotel room I've ever stayed at clean enough to be barefoot. It feels like they disinfected the floors. Still wore socks just in case, but great), and the room has a lotion pump next to the hand soap?? Feels like a home away from home. It's in a quiet part of town, so not a lot of traffic or honking outside at night like other hotels in the area, but it's only a block away from the subway station, so everything is right there. There's even a pizza place a block away, 2 bros, that delivers CHEAP pizza. 99 cents a slice. Best hotel ever.

Recently spent 4 nights at this location and I really enjoyed my stay! The room is standard size for hotels in NYC but it had everything that I needed. This hotel is conveniently located to Hudson Yards and Times Square. I loved that it was not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle of TS! On site business center and restaurant was nice to use. I enjoyed breakfast, cocktails, and dinner at the Hudson Bar onsite. I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and courteous! I was able to enjoy a quick chat with Gregory during check in, Bettye during checkout, and also the General Manager Lee after I checked out. They are all gems at this location. I’m a travel agent so I enjoy checking out different properties when in destination and this one will surely be at the top of my list for recommendations to clients for a great overall value!

Great location for the convention center, you can actually see it from the front of the hotel. We walked to time square, about 20 minutes. We used Lyft to get us to a show and it was super easy. Room was on the small side but that's to be expected in NYC, exactly the right amount for a night in the city. Staff was great, they let us check in early and held our bags while we went to a show at the convention center.

If you have an event at the Javitz Center, this is your place to stay! Rooms were very nice. Every single person at the front desk we encountered was very cordial and helpful. There is a small bar with food and drink on site which is also very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved the room. King bed was comfortable, and awesome shower. The only con is the check-in time, the line was huge, and our request for an earlier check-in was not honored. Excellent location close to the Penn Station and the 7 train.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
