The service I experienced was great. The server anticipated my needs, made me fresh orange juice when she found out I don't take sugar and attended to me with grace and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and the showers are great. I only wish the windows would open as it can get stuffy. To their defense, they do tell you that for the best room experience, you should turn on the AC...it's just that I'm not a fan of AC and would've preferred some fresh air. The location is good, central but on a busy street, in case you're looking for somewhere more quiet...

This hotel has one of the friendliest and most attentive staff that I have ever experienced! Location and rooms are great but the staff made the our stay memorable! I would go back anytime that I am in Nairobi and would recommend anyone else to do so as well!

Horrible facilities, unhelpful management. I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton and had a series of disappointing experiences. On the first night, I was greeted by an overwhelming sewer smell emanating from the toilet and bathroom. This odor pervaded the entire room, and my clothes ended up smelling as well. Despite the apparent toilet issue, the problem was not immediately resolved. The next day, I was moved to another room, which was unfortunately situated right under an area undergoing loud construction. The noise was so disruptive that it woke me up and made it impossible to work. Expecting a solution, I was relocated to yet another room. However, this room also had a toilet issue, albeit less severe. I had to keep the light and fan constantly on to mitigate the smell. To my dismay, the management was unresponsive to these significant inconveniences. They declined to offer a refund for even a single night, including the one with the most severe issues. Their compensation offer was a mere $10 on a stay that cost over $2000, which was far from satisfactory. This experience was entirely unexpected from a hotel under the Sheraton brand. The lack of proper accommodation and resolution to the issues I faced was disheartening. It's clear that in this instance, the hotel did not live up to the expected standards of customer service and quality.

Nice hotel in good location. However, service was sub-par. Stayed two nights, although my physical and digital keys stopped working after one. Restaurant at the terrace was closed for a private birthday party. Elevators are abnormally small and cramped, which is a bit strange given the hotel style. It feels like there are more staff than guests, even when the hotel is full.

A great option for a reasonably priced Marriott hotel. Service was very friendly and was able to get a super late checkout as a Marriott Titanium. The free breakfast also contained a good variety but not necessarily quite as good as it could be. Wish there were more hot protein and veggie options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
