Just had a fab stay at this location for the first time. The room? Super updated with two beds - perfect for crashing after roaming around the city. Plus, you really get your money's worth here. Location is a big win - super close to all the subway lines and right near the World Trade Center. The staff? Absolute stars! Very friendly and happy. And, it was clean, like really clean, everywhere. So, a big thumbs up for that! All in all, it’s a great spot if you’re hitting up NYC. Affordable, comfy, and friendly - totally recommend! I think we'll stay here in the future.

Easily the worst hotel in this neighborhood. Very poorly maintained rooms. First room had a dying smoke detector- took over two days for them to fix that to stop the beeping noise. The second room’s ac/heater was broken. The staff is on autopilot, really not helpful. Would recommend the Aloft or Courtyard instead. Definitely will not be staying here again. Don’t waste your money

This hotel is very average but budget-friendly (as much as you can be budget-frienly in Manhattan). The service is nice and the front desk are always sweet and accommodate our requests (extra towels and blankets etc.). The location is awesome. There's subway stations nearby and food and convenience stores. The rooms are small but it's Manhattan so that's expected. Obviously no fridge or microwave (microwaves located on 2nd floor but no fridges anywhere). My only gripe is we were woken up all 3 mornings we were here by housekeeping cleaning the room next to ours. The walls are super thin and housekeeping was dropping things and slamming things into the wall. Why do they need to clean at 10am when checkout is at noon? We came from California so we slept in late because 10am in NY is 7am for us. So inconsiderate and it's the main reason we will not be coming back here.

I spent there a couple of days. The room was ok, small but clean. Position is excellent, near Wall Street. However I have not appreciated how the hotel charges expenses, they charged me multiple times for different amounts and for a higher amount than the amount in the invoice. I have raised the discrepancy by writing multiple emails to the hotel but never got a feedback. Not ideal.

Small room but clean and tidy. Construction site right next to hotel but I stayed in a room on the other side so no noise. Great location. Close to metro station and only 20-30min away from midtown by metro. Walking distance to Wall st, 911 memorial, Brooklyn bridge, and Chinatown. Check in is not until 3pm. I arrived early but couldn’t check in close to 3pm.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
