Jalil Ahmad always takes care of our room since we’ve been staying here for 2 months! Super awesome service! Always attentive to the cleanliness of our room. Makes the bed so perfectly! We always ask for extra bath towels and they always remember to leave us 2 extra towels! Absolutely love the great service! The other person services our room too but I didn’t catch his name. The both of them are hard working! They are the best! I love staying at this hotel because of the staff here and the Manager of the Hotel is so nice too! She’s awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Production City Hotel and wanted to share my fantastic experience. Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Production City Hotel was outstanding. The combination of a spacious and clean room, exceptional service, and the convenience of basement parking made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. However, I would advise solo travelers to request a non-connecting room upon check-in. Although the room itself was superb, it lacked noise isolation from connecting rooms, which could be a consideration for those seeking a quieter stay.

The Four Points by Sheraton in Production City is a delightful and budget-friendly spot offering several standout features: **Advantages:** - Great value for price and service quality. - Exceptionally supportive staff. - Diverse amenities: 2 gyms, 2 bars, a restaurant, sauna, swimming pool, plus a lovely library and dedicated workspace. - Convenient proximity to a nearby supermarket. **Considerations:** - Its distance from downtown might impact accessibility. - While rooms are well-maintained, the building itself isn't brand new. Special thank to Sumit for a good service!

I have had the best experience in this hotel, once i arrived to the front office the lady (Khin) welcomed me and she saw my little baby and immediately thought that i will be needing a microwave to reheat the baby food and she gave me an upgrade. This approach of her means a lot to me and made my entire stay memorable also there was one time i was going back by my car and the security told me this way you will be fined by the police camera you see how they care!!. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet as it has variety of food meets all your needs. Thanks to the whole staff specially( security, front office, house keeping, in room dining, restaurant). I have seen the friendliest staff ever. Definitely coming back.

To be honest I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and the staff. Me and my husband were supposed to stay only for a night but the hotel exceeded our expectations so we extended our stay for 7 days! The reception team is wonderful, attentive and so helpful! They offered us an extremely comfortable and spacious room!! In addition, the bed and pillows are so comfortable!! The housekeeping does an amazing job with the cleaning and he even left us a really sweet note and biscuits. The restaurant staff and manager also made sure we enjoyed the breakfast and provided good options of high quality food. There is also a supermarket, pharmacy, McDonalds, other restaurants and a gas station next to the hotel. I will definitely book with them in the future❤️ thank you so much for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!🙏
