Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament in the area. Was given sheet to sign saying that we would be quite between 10 pm and 7 am. Almost got kicked out of pool area and the hotel at 8 pm because the front desk said we were being loud... we had only been there for 5 minutes. The rooms are small and the bathrooms were smaller. The design of the shower made it impossible to to not flood the bathroom. There was pink mold throughout the bathroom and the room was dirty. Were were given 4 towels for 2 nights with 4 people staying in the room. When we asked the front desk if we could get an extra towel or 2 they said they did not have any more towels and they we wouldn't have any until at least Monday or Tuesday (we checked out on Sunday). My wife had to run to the store and buy towels. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms during our stay and there were dirty dishes and dirty bed sheets sitting in the hallway for the duration of the stay (they were not ours). I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. The only bright spot was the attached restaurant and location.

Overbooked on my daughter's wedding night. Was made to stay in standard room. No extra amenities as promised. Told room booked had a "squatter" in it. Ruined daughter's wedding night. Never offered a do-over, NOTHING. Basically did business as a cheap motel not a corporation. I'll make sure her experience is put on social media

This was my go to hotel when I visited ,but after this last experience I will NEVER stay her again. After experiencing a dirty bathroom with leftover food and water bottles. I was attracted by BED BUGS AT 1:30 AM. HAD TO PACK ALL MY THINGS AND MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM AT 1:30 in the morning. I booked 2 rooms and they put all charges plus 2 more charge on my cousin’s credit card for a total of $700.00. Our 3 night stay was only $189.41. After all that they didn’t even try to accommodate me on the charges. Said that I would be charged the full price without any discounts. My cousin did get the charges removed from his card. Below ar the picture and video of my experience. Pleased do not sty here.

This was a nightmare from the moment it was booked! Spoke with a manager who approved having my daughter’s 7th birthday there but had to book a one bedroom suite because all of the meeting rooms were already reserved for that day. The one bedroom suite was pricey but booked anyway so my daughter could have a pool to swim in. A person from the hotel knocked on the door stating we couldn’t have a gathering (of just a few people). This man was not a manager & was not wearing a name tag. Explained the situation to him, but he knew nothing of what a manager had told me. Said we had thirty minutes & he would be back. This guy came back about an hour later, admitted it was quiet as people had left. Thought the issue was resolved. Later in the evening, I went downstairs & spoke to the guy again, who stated he had charged my credit card another $400! Unbelievable! I will be taking this up with higher management. This whole incident ruined my daughter’s 7th birthday! As far as the one bedroom suite went……needs updating desperately! Couch was sagging & crooked, toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken on the wall & the carpet was dirty. THIS HOTEL COULD DO SO MUCH BETTER IF SOMEBODY CARED! This hotel needs new management! Will never stay here again! I will take my business elsewhere!

If I could no stars I would. The consideration and treatment of a human is lacking by the management. I was locked out of my room with my infant son for multiple hours in the hallway after midnight because the security latch for the door was tripped. No fault of ours. I actually called out thinking someone was in there. Super frigtening, especially with a small baby. My sons food and necessities were in the room. I am a nursing mother and my breastfeeding and pumping supplies were also in the room. I was engorged, my son was uncomfortable and screaming. No one could get the door open until after 1am. The room was an adjoining room but it was on a pilot floor so they were not willing to go through and disturb the (possible) other guest to access our room. I say possible because they didn't check to see if the room was actually occupied. After hours of the traumatic experience with my baby, the night staff member said she would wave the cost of the night for us. Once we got home we saw we had our points deducted and were charged for the night. I have called Marriott and the hotel manager since July leaving message after message. The manager sends me to voice-mail and has blatantly ignored me for months.
