The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was moderate and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland was convenient. The staff at night had limited English but the lady that works mornings has really good English and was super friendly and helpful. Rooms don’t have the best views but it was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Design and overall feel of the hotel seemed up to date and well maintained. If you walk down the same street toward the subway station there are local restaurants and convenience stores too. The accommodations were clean and the free Disney shuttle bus was convenient. Breakfast was also good. The best thing was the clean room and comfortable bed, and the hotel seemed well-maintained. The hair dryer works really well haha.

The full name is probably Four Points by Sheraton Hongqiao. It was very new and only opened in 2020. The hotel bed is very comfortable and is a well-known American bed! There are newly opened restaurants in the walking area similar to Shanghai Xintiandi nearby! Breakfast is not very delicious!

A very bad hotel. When someone was checking in at the front desk, someone cut in line, and the front desk went directly to help him check in. It turns out that in this hotel, whoever makes the loudest noise can check in first! I booked a premium room on a high floor. When I got the room card, I saw it was on the 8th floor, so I asked if the 8th floor was a high floor? He actually replied: We only have the 12th floor, the 8th floor is very high, what else would you do? It is specially stated that the whole hotel is non-smoking and there is a penalty of 500 RMB for smoking. So I hope that the room will not smell of smoke. However, in addition to the strong smell of cheap fragrance when entering the room, it is also mixed with the smell of smoke and a smell of stinky feet and sweat. It is really disgusting. This is the worst hotel among the more than 200 Marriott hotels I have stayed in, bar none. The hotel is located in an industrial park. There are no places to eat or drink around. It is very remote. The only advantage is that it is very close to Disney. That's it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
