The hotel is very close to one of the passage gates to Hong Kong. The hotel has good restaurants inside, and the personnel at the reception were professional and helpful. The standards rooms are not worth the price. However, the superior rooms, situated in the other tower of the hotel, are very large and worth the price.

This hotel is a joke. Front desk is not helping at all given long lines waiting. Made false promise to customers and never deliever. I have blacklisted this hotel and strongly advise against spending time here. There is a reason this is the lowest priced Marriott Bonvoy hotel in Shenzhen, even the location is nearly perfect.

Very well located and affordable Marriott chain hotel near the border crossing with Hong Kong. The chain recognised my Bonvoy status on each of the occasions I have been here. The breakfast is better than expected for a four points with good quality western and Asian options, better than I’ve experienced at higher tier Marriott hotels in asia. The only slight disappointment is that the hotel rooms require a little bit of maintenance and the two tower setup of the building makes getting in and out a bit time consuming.

Location is perfect. The views from the top floor rooms is just unreal. You can see hongkong from there. The rooms are really good. Breakfast is very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
