Fatih is the best hotelier ever, gave us a good recommendation for dinner, assisted us in many ways, and we felt at home. The location is excellent, except for buzzing city noises ( bearable ), close to Istikial and metro station. Love the breakfast.

Its location in proximity of Taksim Square and restaurants that are close by deserves its Five Stars.The manager tried to upsell tour package immediately at our arrival. When he was told that I have done all the sightseeing on the previous trips, he was pretty much rude and ignored us for the rest of 5 days. Hats off to the wait staff at the restaurant, housekeeping and bell captain for the luggage, they were excellent. The breakfast was average as they served pretty much same food everyday. The breakfast is 7 AM to !0 AM. But if you arrive at 9AM, the baked goods are all gone. To us biggest drawback was shower, first the glass tall window of the shower opens up to the room, second there is no shower door so shower water flows all over the bathroom and into the room as there is nothing to stop it. Regardless, we liked our stay because of its location at Taksim Square, walking distance to the stops for Metro and Trams and nonstop restaurants and shopping around it.

This Hotel is outstanding by all means. Location, staff and service, Hotel condition and overall experience. It checked all the boxes. I stayed for 10 nights and never had an issue, everyone is super friendly and very helpful, room is cleaned every day and breakfast was very delicious. I highly recommend it and I would definitely be back to stay at Senator Hotel. To the Hotel staff and management I say thank you for your outstanding service and hospitality.

Senator hotel is the best hotel you can find in Istanbul. I've stayed here many times and it was a great experience. Rooms are clear, Location is great and staff is very friendly warm and helpful. Strongly Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
