Fantastic service and staff - particularly John and his supervisor whose name I didn’t catch - were great, offering us a free upgrade on arrival. The price for a night was incredible (and unbeatable within zone 2 of central London). The room was comfy and clean. Highly functional and well proportioned. We’re already planning our next stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Yotel.

We had a compact queen room and it had everything we needed! Clean comfy bed, spacious shower, nice tv and much appreciated body creams and Nespreso coffee machine included. We tried their breakfast as well and everything was good! The staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy to go around London since it’s a stop away from Liverpool Street and a few bus stops away from Brick Lane. Highly recommended

I've been here before, I don't book here unless it's under £70, I'd be highly disappointed if I paid some of the rates I've seen for this hotel. The rooms are tiny, my previous room didn't have a window, which felt claustrophobic. Ensure you get a room with a window. Other than that, it's a nice clean place. I've not experienced any service as it's self check in and out which is very easy to use

The place is very clean and service quick. There is no fancy reception, staff register you on a simple free standing computer. Breakfast is good. The rooms are very small, stow bags under bed. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom nicely arranged and functional. Offers decent value. The location is 100 feet from Bethnal Green tube, and you can walk around Victoria Park which seems popular.

We had a room without windows. There was not sufficient insulation between the walls. We could hear the conversations of the room next to us. I suppose they could hear our conversations as well. Location was close to the Underground, but that was the only positive thing we experienced.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
