Very good location, handy to the airport and shoppings. Room size is decent and quite comfy. Staffs are super kind, reception Kathy and Yvette gave us a really warm welcome when we just arrived, helped us sort out everything when we had bit of check-in issues, and it just make us feel so looked after. Food and drinks are fantastic in the hotel, and service is just second to none as Candy and Cecilia are just super helpful and know everything about their menu and provide suggestions when they understood our personal choice. Great hotel and will definitely the only option when we come back to Beijing!!! Many thanks!!!

I had a bad experience with Four Seasons. Lack of Assistance upon Arrival: Upon our arrival, the front door personnel observed us for an extended period without offering assistance in unloading our luggage. Payment Process Inefficiency: During the check-in process, I encountered difficulties with the front desk's attempt to process my WeChat deposit payment. Despite multiple attempts, the transaction failed, and the front desk attendant did not provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead, I was instructed to check my payment history, which was an inconvenient and time-consuming process. Miscommunication Regarding Breakfast Inclusion: My reservation through Expedia indicated that the room price included breakfast. However, when I inquired at the front desk, the attendant was unable to confirm this information and directed me to another department. Unfortunately, this department was not available at the time, and I was asked to call in the morning to resolve the matter.

I stayed here for a few days for work reasons. The location is very convenient, the room is neat and clean, and the service is as good as the Four Seasons haha. Of course, the price/performance ratio is worse than that of Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou, but this is Beijing~~~~~~

The place is great, near the airport. The decoration is great, the staff is friendly. I got an upgrade for a suite which serve many things. It is a luxury place where you can benefit from many amenities. They have a good selection of restaurants

A very complete room, clean, it had everything I needed, very spacious, cozy atmosphere in the public areas. Friendly staff. The food was perfect. The spa has been one of the best places in the hotel, but it was very crowded.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
