Visited for a birthday staycation. The service quality in the hotel was wildly inconsistent, which was disappointing - at points the staff were incredibly responsive and at other points non-responsive so it was unclear what you’d get. The rooms were appointed nicely and very clean. I’m happy to say we had the experience but I can’t say I’d go out of my way to have it again.

Great location as it is walking distance to some good restaurants and close to major sports venues like Minute Made Park and the Toyota Center. Rooms are clean, and the TV had a good selection of channels from HBO to ESPN etc. My only minor complaint is that the scent in the lobby can be a little too aromatic for some people. I enjoy more woody smells, but if you like perfume aromas, you'll like the scents.

If this is close where you need to frequent, then I’d recommend. A quick walk to the Toyota center and pappasitos. The area itself is eerily quiet. If you’re looking to explore Houston, I’d suggest a different location. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby until 8am. The gym is great- two pelotons and the Locker room is attached to the spa so you can use the steam room. Valet is $60/night

Lovely rooms. Very comfortable. Toro Toro was good, the “speak easy” is overpriced and they say “will see if we can get you in” and there was a TON of space. Breakfast in the morning was not good (room service) eggs tasted like they had been slathered in butter. Had better culinary experiences at Four Seasons in Europe.

We were in the speak-easy Bandista....I took away a star because I didn't get to experience the bookshelf entryway. And the drinks were ridiculously priced. 3 drinks total for $120. It was a nice place, though. Dimly lit. I won't be going again. It's not worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
