I was lucky enough to have my room paid for by a company as I am sponsored to join a week long convention for business. My assigned room was an executive or deluxe suite room and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious and the massive windows were such a positive as it gives great views. Furthermore, staff throughout the establishment were all lovely, polite, and extremely helpful. Please do be kind to them as well! I suggest looking for the pastries section for breakfast by the way. 🤭 10/10 hotel, would recommend.

The room was not just comfortable, but also beautifully designed. It was spotlessly clean, and the view of the city was stunning. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the hotel was a treat. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Whether I was enjoying a meal at Alto Restaurant and Bar or sipping tea at Palm Court, I was always satisfied. The hotel's spa and fitness facilities were outstanding. I had a relaxing massage and used the well-equipped gym during my stay, and it added to the overall experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff's warm and attentive service. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their local knowledge was helpful in exploring Jakarta. The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city, and it was a peaceful haven to return to after a day of sightseeing. It's a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable visit to Jakarta. I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable and clean... Our experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta was truly extraordinary during our family vacation. Our arrival was greeted with extraordinary affection and professionalism from the entire hotel staff. They are also very friendly and smiling. We stayed in a comfortable and luxurious room, the soft bed allowed us to have a good rest. the facilities are also luxurious and clean, such as a beautiful swimming pool and a restaurant that serves delicious dishes. Overall, this hotel met all our expectations for a perfect family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for special accommodation in Jakarta.

A nice place to stay in!! its very comfortable ... From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with incredible compassion and professionalism from the entire hotel staff. They were very attentive to our needs and always had a smile, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. We stayed in a comfortable and luxurious room, the soft bed allowed us to rest well. We also really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool facilities and the restaurant which served delicious dishes. Overall, this hotel met all our expectations for a perfect family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Jakarta🥰

One word that comes out of my mouth about this hotel is AMAZING. This hotel also has a strategic location, namely in the city center and close to public transportation and city landmarks. I was welcomed very well and professionally by the employees. During my stay there, the employees were always ready and patient in helping, of course with excellent service quality. This hotel also has very good room quality, with spacious rooms with beautiful interiors and guaranteed cleanliness, making me really feel at home staying at this hotel for a long time. Apart from the accommodation rooms, other facilities at this hotel include a swimming pool, spa for fitness and a sports center for those who like sports. This facility makes customers feel very at home and comfortable, of course.
