        Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing service. The staff insisted he wait for my Grab for me while I sat inside, when when the Grab arrived, he ushered me right to the car - such princess treatment! I came here for a workshop and the food throughout the makan breaks and lunch time was super good. Really enjoyed the time at the buffet. Would recommend this hotel with top notch service and great food! Enjoy! :)

        The Four Seasons KL is top notch. Great customer service. Attention to details and ensuring everything is taken care of. Is it conveniently located and easy to get around. The bar is also great with cool cocktails. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Reason for the 4/5 is I booked a city tour through the hotel and the tour guide was rude, asked for tips before we got to the first place, belched the whole time, and was not knowledgeable about any of the history of the city. Total waste of money and time. Recommend to book outside of the hotel.

        Amazing hotel. Incredibly modern rooms, excellent location, great facilities (gym, steam, sauna, pool, etc). Extensive and high quality breakfast as well! Service in general is excellent, the four seasons app is super helpful as well. Only area for improvement is check in and check out speed took a little longer that it should have. But other than that, overall highly highly recommend. Best hotel in KL. Huge thanks to the concierge team for their great recommendations as well!

        All Malaysians staff at Four Seasons KL were extremely polite and friendly. I have been to so many luxury hotels in KL, so far the staff at this hotel were the best. I dont remember their names but those male-service staff/supervisors at Curate with some light make-up on their faces. All of them were nice 😍 Kudos to them.
