Our stay at the Four Seasons in downtown Miami was nothing short of extraordinary. The luxurious atmosphere, impeccable service, and prime location near bars and restaurants made it a top-notch experience. The pool service was outstanding, and special thanks to Axel for providing exceptional service. The couple's massage was one of the best I've ever had, contributing to an overall positive and relaxing stay. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to Miami.

This is a great 5-star property for business trips in Brickell. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are all recently renovated, the food (both in the restaurant and room service) are great. The pool and amenities are nice additions for what so would otherwise consider a “business hotel”. I probably wouldn’t opt to come here for vacation, but this is my go-to spot for work trips to Miami.

We had a day pass and spent a few hours before our late afternoon flight in The four seasons hotel in Miami and it was certainly a highlight. They already expected us, our loungers were prepared with towels and we were served ice water. There is sun cream available, towels, flavored water and ice water. The pool area is very nice, the water warm and the staff is very attentive and professional. It was truly a five star experience and we are planning to return on our next trip to Miami.

All i can say is that they have exceeded my expectations with friendliness, customer care, and valet parking. Overall, this was an amazing experience and definitely I recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to experience 5 star experience all around. They were consistent and there is no waiting time whenever you request anything.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
