Why not start with the obvious, it's the Four Seasons. This place oozes class and it lives up to its reputation and standing. I ate in The Grill and have to say it was the best steak I have had whilst I have been in the Kingdom. However, the food is only part of the evening as the staff, the setting and the complete ambience reminds you this is pure luxury.

It is one of the best properties in Riyadh. The service is amazing. I believe they are opening some restaurant which will complete what was missing. The rooms are very good size and so comfortable the bed Is :)

Lovely rooms. Food in the restaurant was all excellent. Pool seemed like an after thought though & that area felt fairly uninviting. Lobby area also felt rather soulless, more like an airport or shopping centre.

I visited Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh yesterday around 11 am to have a coffee while waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I was still enjoying my coffee, a staff member (lady) abruptly appeared with the card machine and the bill, even though I hadn't requested it. I hadn't finished my coffee, and this premature presentation of the bill was unexpected and unwelcome. Such behavior is not acceptable, especially from a renowned establishment like Four Seasons. I have always held high expectations for the level of service and professionalism at your hotel, but this incident left me disappointed. I hope that this feedback can contribute to a better understanding of the customer experience and lead to improvements in the future.

Great room. The place is nice, close to the hotel and you can still book tour or rent a car to visit the city

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
