Only stayed a single night but it made its way into being a favorite among the Four Seasons locations I've been to. Everyone I met was very friendly and naturally personable. In-room dining was exceptional, and customer care was bulletproof: a beverage was out of stock, but the room service attendant profusely apologized and went all the way down to the restaurant to get me a suitable replacement. All the furniture was thoughtfully arranged, and the facilities were carefully cleaned + meticulously maintained. This place feels nice, looks nice, and smells nice. And the great staff top it all off! Excellent stay and will stay again!

Excellent service! The view was stunning and it is very quiet. The food have a fresh ingredient and well made. The staff are really friendly and nice. The gym facility is clean. They gave a doll to my little brother as well!

I cannot recommend this hotel more! The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The staff is beyond professional and accommodating. They greeted me by name on every entrance and exit and they knew all the great places to visit and eat. The valet always had my car up very quickly and often left me a water in the car so I always had some each time I left the hotel. The location is central to everything you would want to do within the city so you don’t have to rent a car if you don’t want to. If you are looking for a place to stay in San Francisco, look no further and book here now. You won’t regret it!

Our stay at The Four Seasons Hotel at Embarcadero was flawless. Location was great, close to many attractions in the city and in a relatively safer/better area of SF downtown. From the time we checked in to check out. Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating to all of our requests. I recommend rooms with bay to bay, panoramic view and a higher floor. Views are incredible. I got exactly what I was looking for when I booked. Room was luxurious and more than what I expected. Bedding was comfy and amenities were excellent. Housekeeping staff were all excellent, professional, detail oriented and will make up your room twice a day. We tried in-room dining as well and it was fresh, hot, presented nicely and cooked well. Gym was clean, well equipped and spacious. Definitely will try to book the Four seasons for my next stay.

service was exceptional except in the bar/restaurant, which was horrendous. However, front desk, bellmen, room service & all other staff throughout the hotel were excellent. rooms have spectaular views, nicely furnished & well appointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
