We had such a wonderful stay over 10 nights at four seasons Sydney. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic! You can walk to almost all the touristy and shopping spots in the city. The big bus tour station is also just two minutes walk from the hotel. We even got to watch the new year fireworks directly from the comfort of our own hotel room. The room service food was good too. Maintenance of the room was very good. It doesn’t look tired and the bathroom was very clean, even the fixtures looked as good as brand new. Special mention to Jordan from the Mode restaurant. His service was exceptional. Always with a smile. Pastries at the morning breakfast buffet were delicious.

This hotel is the perfect location for a harbour view. Walk to the Opera House, close to the light rail etc. Excellent attentive friendly service from the moment the car pulled up outside. Seamless check-in and check out. Good size room. Lovely bed and great pillow menu. In room coffee good and beautiful amenities provided. Highly recommend. I've already booked again!

Such great service and friendly staff. Straight after we checked in and went out for the night we came back to a bucket of ice in our room and slippers next to the bed and the water pulled forward next to the bed and our pillows set up nicely. That was such a nice touch of service which was never expected but so appreciated. Can’t comment that enough. And even though the room is small it was lovely and modern and had a great feel to it. And the front door and valet staff we super friendly and accommodating. Thankyou for such great service guys. Highly recommend and super close to the rocks and transport and great restaurants.

We stayed in a full Harbour view club room and our stay was amazing! The view from our room was spectacular. The staff were phenomenal and you can’t beat their club lounge.. It was my wife’s birthday and the staff went to next level to make it special. By far, our favorite hotel in Sydney. Well done Four Seasons and we can’t wait to visit again.

Only one third of prices compared to Hong Kong Four Seasons. Room is small but well layout. Bathroom is grand. View of the harbour is nice. Couch by the window. Housekeeping and Concierge/luggage staff are 100 marks. Front desk people are relatively way too cool to help - promised to inform me when the room is ready but actually I got the mail after checking in.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
