From the moment we stepped into the Four Seasons Washington DC, it was clear that we were in for an exceptional experience. Traveling for work with my son, I was immediately impressed by the staff’s dedication to exceeding all levels of hospitality. One of the most remarkable aspects of our stay was how the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our unique needs. Finding child care while traveling can be daunting, but the Four Seasons team effortlessly sourced reliable and trustworthy childcare for my son, ensuring his safety and enjoyment while I attended to work commitments. Moreover, the concierge service was outstanding. They arranged hair salon appointments for me, choosing top-notch professionals who delivered incredible results. This attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests was truly impressive. The staff’s passion for hospitality shone through in every interaction. Whether it was the warm greeting from the front desk, the helpfulness of the concierge, or the attentive service in the dining areas, every staff member made us feel valued and cared for. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make their guests feel special and taken care. You do not have to think when you stay here, you just enjoy the gorgeous hotel, restaurant, spa, lobby, room, gym and surrounding neighborhood. We stayed for my Birthday and was greeted in the room with the most amazing surprise cake and champagne. Enjoyed drinks and the most amazing french fries I have ever eaten at Bourbon Steak. The room was spotless, comfortable and had the best water pressure in the shower. The bed was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about all of the staff we encountered on this trip, I hope they receive the compliment that their hard work shows in their dedication to guests. The only problem is when it's time to leave and you have to snap back to reality outside of the Four Seasons. I will be making this annual tradition to do a weekend here for my Birthday. Highly recommend this hotel for an amazing weekend! Thank you!!

The Four Seasons in Georgetown provided an exceptional blend of luxury and historical charm. Its prime location in the vibrant Georgetown neighborhood and luxurious amenities, including a spa and indoor pool, made my stay memorable. Visiting in mid-January, I enjoyed the post-holiday atmosphere of the city. I am keen to revisit and explore luxurious offerings for collaborative events and partnerships at this prestigious location.

I went for Christmas brunch. The food was mostly outstanding - definitely the best you’ll find at any buffet in the city. But my experience was not. We followed the hostess towards the back of the dining room to be seated. My friend and I are Black, and coincidentally, so were the people at the table next to us. When they left, the next set of diners were Black also. In fact, all of the people of color were in our section, in the back. No POC, at all, were in the front. It was obvious and really appalling. I finally had to take one of the servers aside and ask if this apparent race-based seating was intentional. She promised it wasn’t, but I’m not convinced. And there’s just no way I’m going to spend $200+ on a meal when I’m made to feel like a second-class patron.

We had birthday lunch here and it was wonderful serving outstanding location just right and food perfectly season and cooked. Christmas decorations from lobby to hostess desk Flawless. Sorry didn't rate room cause we didn't stay in the hotel, but did enjoy that restaurant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
