We enjoyed the most incredible time here. The grounds and rooms are marvelous, clean, well appointed and immaculately taken care of. However, the hospitality is what truly stood out to us. Badr (M) who we met upon arrival is the best in his business. His manner and way of working with guests is second to NONE. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Congratulations!

It is a wonderful hotel located in a prime location. It is characterized by its beautiful decor and warm atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel offers excellent services and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and offer wonderful views. It also features a delicious restaurant that serves delicious dishes. Overall it is an excellent choice to stay

Absolutely stunning resort! Its grounds boast breathtaking beauty and are a refreshing 10 degrees cooler than downtown Marrakech thanks to the lush greenery. The spacious, well-appointed rooms add to the charm. The dining experience is exceptional, with the breakfast buffet ranking among the finest I've ever enjoyed. The staff's attentiveness and assistance are remarkable. In sum, this hotel is sheer perfection!

Provided the opportunity for the resort to resolve this issue. However, after months of no response I have no other course of action but to write a public review. To commemorate my 37th birthday, my partner and I decided to book the luxurious Four Seasons resort in Marrakesh. A reputable brand and one which is renowned and internationally recognised. We decided to make the booking on the recommendation from our friends and family. Unfortunately, this particular failed to live up to expectations. Our room was decrepit, with the shower door almost coming off it’s hinges, we also ordered breakfast with the porridge simply soaked in milk and the general customer service seeming based on tips rather than good customer service. Standards were inherently underwhelming and more disappointing is there is no endeavour to address any of the issues.

Really amazing resort. The ground are beautiful and 10 degrees cooler than downtown Marrakech because of the lush foliage. Rooms are large and well appointed. The food is spectacular - the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. This hotel is truly perfect!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
