Accessibility is not good. The standard room looks old and needs repairs in many places. The amenities are about 90% of the average items. Is there anything missing? It doesn't bother me too much since I can see it with my heart. Thanks to the good cleanliness, the rating has been restored!

Room prices are cheap and accessibility is good. It's nice to have a computer and a lot to see in each folder ^^ Rooms start at 40,000 won and are not soundproofed well. The sanitary conditions are not particularly good, with a lot of dust in the corners under the bed and red pepper powder on new, unused towels. The hair dryer was slightly damaged. Indoor ventilation is not good. There is a creaking sound of springs in the bed, but it is not a big concern. The front desk manager on the first floor responded kindly. Toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and body cleanser are provided in the bathroom. There are many restaurants around, so you don’t have to worry about food. Compared to nearby motels, soso doesn't really have any merit, but it's not that bad either.

The smell of cigarettes is strong. They charge 1,000 won for toiletries for the first time. I check out at 13:00, but they call at 12 and disturb my sleep. Other places usually call 30 minutes in advance. For 36,000 won, I recommend other motels. There are numerous nearby motels.

narrow. It's too narrow for 110,000 won on a Saturday. Accessibility is also poor. They say it's 60,000 won on weekdays, but it's 40,000 won.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
