Ambiance : Amazing Price : Affordable Parking lot : All vehicle, but limited spaces This brand new hotel located just in the heart of Grogol The service was great and rooms are clean. Room size are just right and worth the price. They have small to go cafe at the lobby, the croissant was great!

Staying here when i have a patients in royal taruma hospital, fox lite are great hotel the staff are friendly, the room are perfect with a smart tv so i can watch netflix and also a good breakfast, i really enjoyed my 11 day staying here

Located on the main street of Daan Mogot rd. Indomaret next to the Hotel The Hotel itself is quite New The Rooms still fresh and the bathroom are clean Though the downside is the parking space We were there during weekday, and in the evening there were no Parking lot available though they also have parking space beside the hotel but still not enough for the customers. Netflix available but you will need to log in with your own account The soundproof in the room is not that good, you can still hear clearly when people chat in the corridor. The Check in process took us quite a while, but the check out was quick

Woooow... I'm very happy stacation in Fox Lite Hotels Grogol ( 3D-2N ), honestly... high very recommended, all staff very humble and welcome ( i just remember name Rizky 😄, he's very helpful ), room very clean-comfort, very fast responsif staff, hotels location very strategic ( near Busway Stop - Jelambar ). Great service!!! Overall, Fox Lite Hotels..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍🏻👍🏻 Always success for all staff & crew Fox Lite Hotels Grogol.. See you again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
