This hotel was so nice, clean and comfortable! The staff was always so kind when we walked in and they lock the front door at night which is such a nice touch to make you feel safe. Our room had a little kitchenette in it which was awesome! And you gotta love some free espresso! I would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel to stay in, the price is very affordable and you get a clean spacious room with big beds a nice shower and tub. There washing/drying machines and a lounge area with as much free coffee/tea as you like. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, a very nice experience

The room is very big and they have a full set of amenities (they have microwave, saucepan, electric stove and also a place to wash your dishes) The room also has separate bathroom and toilet Wifi is also very fast They also have free laundry, which is very convenient There's a family mart just down the street so it is easy to get food or anything you need You can get a free coffee in the lobby The location is a bit far from train station (10 mins walk), but it is close from a bus stop

Nice hotel, I love the decoration, nice service. I like a lot my room, big space, clean but the only downside is the room service is only in the end of the stay. The upside are the delicious free coffee, the free laundry and they speak English so no problem with the language.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
