Everything about this property is perfect!! Best hotel in Phnom Penh!! It is the 4th time we’re coming back. Location is perfect, about 5 min from the Royal Palace, in city center, shops and restaurants everywhere in the area, even shops that are open 24/24h. Staff are absolutely the best, really kind and caring, they arranged everything for us to be perfect every time. Rooms are very clean and beautiful, with A/C and a little fridge which is very useful. Rooms with balcony have direct view of Royal Palace’s garden. The hotel have a skybar with a stunning 360 view of the city. It also have a really nice pool. We will come back a 100%!! A huge gratitude for every member of the staff who are incredibly adorable.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in October and we were very happy with the hotel. The location was excellent, being just a short stroll to the riverside and local shops and restaurants. Our room had a great view overlooking the Royal Palace, was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice choice of continental and cooked items, and a good selection of seasonal fruit. The pool was ok, just a little small for swimming lenghts. The service in the hotel was exceptional and the duty manager went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

When I booked the hotel for my holiday in Combodia -I was told that it is a 4 star hotel. Nothing in side the hotel confirms it’s 4 star category. Not even a certificate from tourism dept or hotel industry. The room was dirty and the bathroom had grime. The AC wouldn’t work and the technician who came to fix it said it was old and had problems. The toiletries in the bathroom had to be asked for as they had supplied only for one person and we had booked a triple occupancy. Water in the room had to be filled personally from the water dispenser placed in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had some fruits that had been cut since some time and left open and had flies over them. Other than the location of the hotel- nothing else is 4 star.

This lovely hotel lured us in with a happy hour, but in the end we end up paying 5 times more than we are used to. Please do yourself a favor and skip this bar/hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
