During my recent stay at the Marriott Frankfurt Hotel, I experienced exceptional hospitality that made both me and my dog Max feel truly special. My arrival coincided with my birthday, and the hotel made sure to add a touch of luxury to make the day memorable for me. One of the standout features of the Marriott Frankfurt is their Club Lounge. This place offered exquisite dinners and the opportunity to enjoy a glass of fine wine in a cozy atmosphere. The quality of the meals and drinks was beyond my expectations. What really remained in my memory was the incredibly friendly and professional service. The hotel staff quickly befriended Max, playing with him and delighting not just us but other guests as well. This warm approach made us feel at home, despite my stay being for business purposes. In summary, the Marriott Frankfurt Hotel provided me with an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Excellent service, superb cuisine, and a friendly atmosphere turned my business trip into an unforgettable experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Frankfurt, whether for business or leisure.

Enjoyed my stay at the Marriot Frankfurt. The rooms were big and spacious. Complimentary water, coffee and tea were available. I loved the buffet breakfast. First time eating from an entire honeycomb. Overall will definitely return.

Comfortable and quiet rooms. This large and tall hotel is great for business conventions. Toilet in the room was a bit old fashioned but clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, not great and location wise it is about a 20 minute walk from the main office buildings. Dinner at the hotel was very expensive and low value for money. Breakfast is a bit better but i found the area a bit crumped with narrow corridors to serve your food. You get amazing views of the city from your room.

TERRIBLE HANDLING OF GUEST ISSUES My recent stay at the Marriott Hotel was awful, thanks to an incident of theft that the hotel staff seemed content to sweep under the rug. During my stay, my jacket and suit bag mysteriously disappeared from my room. The response from the hotel staff was nothing short of disheartening. Despite reporting the theft promptly, there was no willingness to assist or compensate for the loss. This lack of accountability raises serious questions about the hotel's commitment to guest security and satisfaction. It's disappointing that a brand like Marriott falls short in handling such incidents. I expected much better. Potential guests should be aware that the hotel's response to security issues leaves much to be desired. This experience has left a sour taste, and I strongly urge management to address these concerns seriously. A hotel's reputation relies on more than just a comfortable bed, and right now, the Marriott Hotel is failing in that regard.

Terrible. You arrive late at night after a delayed flight and all you needed is a comfortable place to rest and something to eat. Result: none of them, no service room provided at night and to get worse there was an alarm test in the morning time for more than one hour. How a building with more than 30 floor decides only the delayed flight floor to make this test happen? We ask the reception team and they had no idea when to finish then you ask the maintenance team and they say 20 min... terrible experience, if you are looking for a place to rest with consistent information better look for another one...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
