Rooms or better to say apartments are huge and all us available (including washing machine and all that is needed in the kitchen), like you are living in the apartment. It is safe, close to nice shops and restaurants. The price is also quite good. The staff is amazing, and Arturo and Mustafa helped us so much. I would stay again any time.

Endless Views. I didn't know a view was so important to me until I stayed at the lovely Fraser Place Anthill. Wow. Fabulous. Awe inspiring. Expansive views. Excellent service. Only superlatives are needed to describe a stay in this modern futuristic apartment with all its amenities. You get an amazing sense of where you are in the metropolis of Istanbul from every window with tons of natural light. No dark dingy hotel here! With this incredible city spreading out below you you can just point and pick where you'd like to go for the day. If, that is, you can tear yourself away from the windows!

The stay was super comfortable. The service was top notch. But they need to work a bit on their food menu. I stayed here for 7 days and approximaty everyday the menu in the breakfast is pretty much the same. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel is AMAZING!! It’s super clean, the furniture is new and modern, the service is excellent and the view is absolutely INCREDIBLE. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. They genuinely care about the customers’ comfort. Will definitely come back again!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
