I liked it that we did not have to remind them of our refills and housekeeping. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. Noise-proof, too. We just did not get the twin beds for our two kids, instead a queen. Parking is always available. Pool and gym are perfect for the family. Pool is clean, well maintained and temp-controlled. It was not crowded at all. Breakfast could be improved with a little variety, as they served the same food everyday and not once did I see fish being served. Other than that, we've had a pleasant experience in our 4 days stay.

This hotel is fabulous, with impeccable service. The Oak restaurant was very accommodating and especially with us having a toddler, we found them very helpful. A waitress by the name of Binu was in particular of a great help and was always welcoming. Thank you!

Regarding the location it is great for us. The suite is great, I was pleased to see a washing machine since we travel with kids we need it. On the other hands the service is bad!! We arrived at the door with our car no one came to help with the luggage. No one came to take our car. There been a mistake whether the booking included breakfast or not and the staff annoyed us while we are having breakfast!! They didn't wait till after or talk to us the day before. It was super rude around 3 4 times coming to the table and telling us about the payment!

Overall a good experience. We were a group of 3 Indian families. 11 people with 5 kids. The quality of maintenance of premises is very good. Nicely done up and professionally maintained premises. We had some issues at the check in. Check in was facilitated, rooms on the same floor were promised but not allotted due to lack of coordination between reception staff and hardly any remorse was expressed. The leaflet for amenities was handed over to foreigners by default but we had to ask for the same. The extra beds were ‘sold out’ and we weren’t even told that the same needed to be pre booked! Wifi can be used only for 5 devices for a large group as ours, that was less. Room service was taking some time but later the staff showed a gesture by sending in pastries for the delay. The thought of discrimination did cross my mind at the time of check in based on the handling but overall it got offset by the quality of rooms, safety and location and also breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
