I stayed for 14 days (25 Nov- 08 Dec) in Fraser suites. It's a good place to stay. The staff's behavior was very polite and good. Due to cold weather, the swimming pool water was very cold and unable to even wash hands in the swimming pool. Overall, good.

A terrible customer experience! Awful management… We came to town for sports event and decided to stay in a more upscale place than the one offered by the sports organisers. We booked for 5 nights and wanted for extend for 5 more. We were told we had to move for 3 nights to go back to the original room and were told it would be the same price. When the 3rd move was about to happen, we were quoted a price that was 2x higher! We politely complained that they never wanted to make the reservation in writing (despite 2 emails sent)… we refused and explained that for staying for 2 weeks we would expect a better price than increase in the second week. We found a solution and moved out. Provided a feedback but never heard back, no apology in a failed customer experience. What is more, we recommended the place to another family, who booked a day before our 3rd move and got the “normal rate” (not the double we were given). We are seriously disappointed in how we were treated. Rooms and nice, modern and spacious, clean. Breakfast for a 5* establishment is not satisfactory. I will not stay there again because I didnt feel treated like a valued customer. Human experience is everything at the end of the day. You remember how you got treated - message to management.

Had an unforgettable night with my bestie seha. Had a sumptuous dinner assisted by our host Mr. Farhan Khan. All their staff are well train and respectful. The ambience of the restaurant made our stay more memorable and special. We share this news to others and sure be coming back.

Went there to the rooftop cafe. I would say, I haven’t seen such other cafe in Riyadh with this marvelous view. Situated on the deck of 6th floor, the cafe overlooks the intersection of Makkah road, King Fahad road & Olaya road. Also one can see the Faislaiyah and other high rise buildings from the cafe. The swimming pool in the center with blue light gives also a soothing feeling. Their grilled chicken and Alfredo fettuccine pasta was great but crispy chicken and coffee needs improvement. Service is really great. If anyone want to spend leisure time with friends or family having with good views, this is the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
