Absolutely loved our stay at Fraser Suites! The reception staff are kind and very helpful, especially Jaya. The restaurant staff were helpful and the housekeeping staff were very efficient and sweet. We loved the breakfast spread - the variety and quality were very good and so was the taste! The rooms were very clean and tastefully done up. The bathrooms were spotless and amenities were very good. There are two or three grocery stores and a supermarket on the first level of the building along with a handful of restaurants. The central location of the hotel made it easy for us to go around the city. Overall our stay was delightful and I'd love to stay there again when I return! Thank you to the entire team! :)

We had an enjoyable stay. Reception staff were excellent, rooms were clean, house keeping was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Bus stop right outside the door. Also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and was looked after well particularly by Angela. 5 stars.

While the room, location is good I questioned the service but they came through After a 7 day stay asked if could check out late and pay - one person says half day rate and another says full day!! Seemed instead of customer service and integrity, values related to maximising billing....so I made a scene and credit to them they honored their initial offer and charged me what they originally said they would Doing what you say you will do builds trust and loyalty !!

I recently stayed at Fraser Suites Singapore, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious and so clean, it felt like a breath of fresh air. Morning workouts at their gym and afternoon dips in the pool became my favorite routine. But the real highlight? Their retreat room's massage facilities — such a treat after a long day. If you're heading to Singapore, I'd definitely recommend Fraser Suites for a memorable stay.
