This hotel was amazing, I traveled for business and the room is just perfect with a balcony. If you plan with your fam and 1 child is perfect because laundry stuff and cooking stuff are there/provided so we can do it on our own without extra charges. The staff are very friendly and one of them is Taufiq and he is so nice. The menu for breakfast is so-so but all Halal that makes me less worried.

The room is generously spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary kitchenette amenities. The hotel provides a complimentary transfer service to the BTS station, offering convenient access for shopping excursions. Indian breakfast is fantastic. The staff members are exceptionally pleasant and hospitable.

First of all, everything was perfect. That's why I thank the hotel team. As for the details, the hotel's gym should be renovated and new machines should be installed. Old ones should also be replaced. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel can be modernized to give it a more beautiful appearance. The scope of the food menu in the pool area should be expanded

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location just off the Sukhumvit road in the centre of Bangkok. Also had an outdoor swimming pool, 2 x restaurants and a complimentary Tuk Tuk to drop you off locally. The rooms are very spacious and had a combi microwave, a fridge freezer in a small integrated kitchen. There is also a 7/11 very close to the hotel. Its also handy ( 10 mins walk) for Nana Plaza the jumping area with lots of bars, clubs and pubs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
