If you are walking, you need to go up quite a steep hill to get here! Get the tram from Zurich HB instead. Great room, lots of space, comfy bed, USB A ports and a warm bathroom. Shower has no tray though, so the bathroom is a wet room. Striking art with an accompanying explanation/story behind it from the artist. This is a self-serve experience, so I was able to unlock the room and main door from my phone through the Fred Hotel website. The room had built-in synchronised Bluetooth speakers in the main room and the bathroom which was easy to connect to from my phone to play music in the room. A modern and clean hotel experience with good soundproofing and a good location, close to the city centre and tourist restaurant district.

We felt from the beginning scheduling our stay to the end of our 5 week stay, the team at Amaris were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The location was perfect for us. We are train fans and the closeness to the Olten train station can't be beat. Our room overlooked the train station but when the windows/doors were closed there was very little noise. We highly recommend staying here when in Switzerland.

Super difficult to find the hotel, no signs or anything. Reception don’t have anyone, finding hotel took very long even when we were exactly at the location on google maps. Does not feel like a hotel at all, check in was so difficult because we had to complete an online check in 😫 normally for hotels we just go in and the reception helps us to do it.

Room was very noisy. You can hear everything from outside to down the corridors of the hotel. People in the hotel had a massive fight/argument at 4 in the morning and it went on for a long time. Good system for the rooms and key cards on the phone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
