We really loved our stay at Fred Hotel! It has a great location in a good area with many restaurants, shops, and necessities within walking distance. The rooms were lovely and larger than usual for Paris. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We are so glad we stayed there and will stay again. Highly recommend Nellie's Pizza which is actually an Italian restaurant just around the corner. It is open late and SO tasty and fresh food! Went there several times. The people there are just lovely too! (The one thing is I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast there. It is 14€ and really not plentiful enough for that price. The food was tasty, but there was so little plated and available that you felt like you shouldn't take much or others wouldn't have any. There weren't any drinks besides coffee and about an inch of milk or orange juice in a carafe. Again that's an example of how there wasn't enough offered, so you felt you couldn't take any milk or juice to drink.) There are great bakeries and patisseries just around the corner, so get breakfast there and eat it on the lovely rooftop terrace they have!

Our second stay at the Fred Hôtel and we stayed at two different room types. We loved both. The location is so convenient with two metro stations near by, a supermarket and many restaurants and cafe. We’ll stay there again on our next trip to Paris.

We had a very comfortable stay with welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel is on a quiet street, but plenty of local bars, restaurants and shops are really close, and the area felt safe. Two nearby Metro stations make getting to the City really easy. I would definitely stay again when visiting Paris as it was good value for money given the hotel's overall qualities

This hotel was very clean and affordable. It is more 4 stars than 3 in my opinion. Our party of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. Best of all, there was AC. I have full confidence in this hotel because I accidentally left my really expensive things on the front desk table and the manager or owner personally brought it up to my room for me before I even realized it was forgotten. The same man also helped us with our luggage when we left the hotel. The kindness is never forgotten. He was very welcoming and very kind. We will definitely return here for our next trip.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! In the midst of global anxiety around the bed bug outbreak in Paris, I did not encounter any issues here. My room was the highest standard of clean and comfortable. I especially want to shout out Ibrahim, who was working reception the night I arrived. I'd had an extremely long travel day; Ibrahim was so warm & welcoming. He even chatted with me in French which meant the world to me since I'm trying to practice. Thank you for everything, Ibrahim!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
