The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to find some delicious local cuisine restaurants! They offered free snacks and treats all day which was always a sweet perk! The location is maybe a 5 minute walk from the central Zurich train station which was very convenient. The rooms were spotless and cozy and had great views of the river and town. It is also conveniently located across the street from tour bus stations. Wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at the Fred Hotel in Zurich, and it was truly amazing! The attention to detail in the room decor, coupled with impeccable cleanliness, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight, however, was the exceptional service provided by Manager Rico. His attention to guest satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond truly set this hotel apart. I highly recommend the Fred Hotel for a memorable and delightful stay in Zurich.

Absolute fantastic location to international and national train station, tour buses, city link trams and buses! Reception desk staff all had impeccable manners providing top service and friendliness! Keisha was exceptionally helpful and sorted out three amazing tours for us! She was extremely approachable, friendly, softly well mannered and her spoken English was an absolute bonus for us. All the house staff and cleaning staff were beautifully friendly and helpful; no matter where or who we met during our stay. I especially loved the named photographs of the staff in each area. Especially as we are only English speaking, we appreciated being able to introduce ourselves to name and thank them all personally. Loved our safe little haven at the Fred while we spent six glorious days in this beautiful country of Switzerland!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
