I was in a private room with a bathroom that was about 200 meters from the hostel. The room was comfortable, but being far away, I didn't have a quick way to communicate if I needed anything, which was somewhat inconvenient. Also, the service was a bit slow upon arrival, but overall, it was okay. The location is very good; it's close to the city center, attractions, and also the subway.

You could do better staying elsewhere. Had a double private room in a smelly building around the corner from the main hostel. It smells like a water leak causing rotting wood. Each morning the sound of smashing glass wakes you up prematurely as the dumpsters on the street outside from restaurants and passers by get emptied into the garbage trucks. No plug in the sink, water pressure was mediocre at best, the shared fridge in the hallway looked like it had frozen urine in it. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had to fix the remote for the AC as it wasn’t paired to the unit. Breakfast was served in the main building in the communal area- ordinary coffee and small selection of pastries, “happy hour” in the evening is cheap bottles of wine and cheese rings/small crispbreads served in the same area. Luggage storage isn’t very secure, in a small garden shed which anyone can unlock. Toilet next to reception is best described as a pigsty. Kitchen is small and messy, a look out the window to the garden from this area will show you a lot of rubbish. Kitchen needs a good revamp and refresh, and pick up the rubbish. Only highlight of the main building is the close proximity to the termini so you can leave in a hurry.

We stayed here for one night in a private room. The room was clean and with all we needed. We are allowed to check for bed bugs before checking in. We did not have any bed bugs. The location is perfect. Only negativ: the luggage storage is accessible to many people and not observed by the staff, do not leave valuables.

Title: Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Freedom Traveller and, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I had hopes for a pleasant stay, I encountered several issues that need addressing: Cleanliness and Maintenance (1/5): The state of the room was a significant letdown. The toilets were not in proper working condition, and it had visible signs of neglect. The cleanliness standards were below par, with dirty surfaces and a lingering unpleasant odor. It was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Pest Issue (2/5): To make matters worse, I discovered bed bugs in the bed during my stay. This was not only disturbing but also posed a health concern. It's essential for the hotel to take immediate action to eradicate this issue and prevent it from recurring. Room Odor (1/5): The bad smell in the room was pervasive and unpleasant. It made my stay quite uncomfortable and affected the overall experience negatively. The hotel should implement more rigorous cleaning procedures to eliminate these odors. Despite these issues, there were a few positives about my stay: The staff were generally polite and accommodating, doing their best to assist with the problems I encountered. The location of the hotel is convenient and accessible to nearby attractions. In conclusion, my stay at Fredom Traveller Host was marred by issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, and a bed bug infestation. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to provide a more pleasant and comfortable experience for future guests. I would advise potential guests to inquire about the recent maintenance and cleanliness standards before booking their stay at this hotel.

Let's start with the positive. The prices for a private room are comparatively cheap and we had no bed bugs. As for the price, I wasn't expecting anything outstanding. Neutral was that the private rooms are in another building, two blocks from the front desk, which is fine. It just means you have to walk 5 minutes to get the "breakfast" you paid for. The rooms are what you pay for. Not the nicest and not very clean either. Let's finish with the negative. At the beginning of our three night stay we were told we would have to change rooms after two nights, which we agreed to. We had to check out of our room by 11am and could not check back in until after 3pm. Since we were busy with our travel plans, we had to lug our precious luggage around all day, only to be told in the evening that we didn't have to change rooms at all. Honestly, communication problems happen, but please don't blame it on the guests. Also, under our bed was a used condom pack from the guests before (or even before...). By the way, breakfast includes shrink-wrapped croissants and a pot of filter coffee. For comparison, the café next door offers a cappuccino and fresh croissants for 2.50€. The happy hour just includes a 1.5l wine, which you can help yourself to.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
