Excellent place to stay when you're in Pt Douglas. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful view of the pool/garden. The pool itself is beautiful and well kept. Anne was an amazing host, welcoming and friendly with a vast knowledge of the local area including day trips and places for food/coffee etc. We look forward to our next stay with Anne and Jason at Freestyle 🦋

What an awesome find. Freestyle Resort Port Douglas was really,really nice and that pool are amazing. Ever need accommodation in Port Douglas here’s one you cannot go past. The host, Anne and Jason are most helpful. And easy to get along with. Definitely a gem .

We really enjoyed our time at Freestyle and Ann was super helpful with all our queries!! The rooms are a little dated and tired looking but very clean and comfortable. Our room faced the park area next door and we soo enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the bird life. Loved having a little kitchenette( very well equipped too) to do some cooking as well. Highly recommend this place.

We recently stayed at freestyle port Douglas after mantra Portsea cancelled our accomodation due to damage from cyclone jasper and floods (only to open a couple of days later!) We had a lovely stay and were very well taken care of by Anne and Jason. Anne especially went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay and wedding day! Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had our bed sheets and towels changed on request a couple of times during our 6 night stay which was very kind. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We forgot a pram for our little one so the 15 minute walk into the Main Street in the heat was a little much but we ended up using a local shuttle to pick us up and drop us off each day for peanuts. The beautiful 4 mile beach was a short walk away which we also enjoyed. We hope to return again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Freestyle Resort Port Douglas was absolutely fantastic! Ann went above and beyond, addressing all my pre-arrival requests promptly and with a genuine willingness to ensure a seamless experience. The cleanliness and tidiness of the place were impeccable, exceeding my expectations. What truly stood out was the well-maintained pool, which was not only a highlight but also warm and had a shallow area for my toddler. I highly recommend Freestyle Resort for its location, outstanding service, and a delightful pool perfect for families. Ann's exceptional assistance and the resort's amenities made our stay an absolute pleasure. Can't wait to visit again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
