Nice little hotel. Strange small window. The room was comfortable, and complimentary breakfast was good. Hardly any interaction with the personnel unless you liik for it. The only contact I remember was the nice Bangladeshi girl at breakfast. The quality of the amenities was high. We certainly had a wonderful time there. Thank you .

A very nice and cosy hotel located not far from the metro, on a noisy place full of street food, cafe and restaurants which were very helpful after long day walking. They have it all in room even jacuzzi also incredibly helpful foot massage) but the light turns on every time one of us cuddle at the night but we were too tired to notice that and ask staff for help. Anyways staff willing to please and always helpful;)

Book here for 8 nights in Seoul and today first day I can feel the difference. The staff is friendly and able to communicate in English, room is clean and decent (I have booked 2 x double bed for my family of 4), the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops etc etc no need to worry of getting boring only need to bring whether did u bring enough money 🤣. Plus point also are Subway is 2mins away and laundry is also 3mins away, very highly recommended 👍.

The hotel is very clean and nice. The price is surprisingly cheap with such high quality. Staff is very friendly as he helps to reserve restaurant and keep our luggage for us. Moreover, I accidentally left my glasses in korea and they sent my glasses back to me. Very much appreciated and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It is basically 3-star price with 5-star service.

This hotel’s cancelation policy is absurd. Our reservation was a week away and they are unwilling to waive their over $250 cancelation fee. As if traveling to the country from the USA was not already expensive, let’s also throw in an outrageous cancelation policy and inflexibility on the part of the hotel. This is truly highway robbery.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
