I can only recommend it, it was my second stay there and I’m more than satisfied. Location and cleanliness is excellent. Each morning they serve really nice breakfast. I was traveling alone, but my stay was made more pleasant thanks to their volunteer Lauryn. She was really open minded, friendly and helpful, we spent a really great time together.

For the price, it was an excellent budget hostel for my gf and I. We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September on the third floor. For our vacation the most important thing is location since we wanted to explore Lissabon. That's what this hostel offered. An excellently located room in Lisbon where we could recharge for the next day. I would book here again. Obregado! Room: spacious, didn't hear other guests, enough sockets, clean and doesn't get hot (during our vacation the temperature during the day was around 25-27C). Could be improved with more wardrobe space or a table for your stuff. Noise at night: some coming from the bars downstairs. With the fan on the noise is cancelled out a lot though you might want to bring earplugs just in case. Bathroom/shower: shared which means you sometimes have to wait 15 min. On our last day the shower was being cleaned around 9 am which meant we had to wait 30-45 min. The hot water in the shower turned cold if another guests turned on the tap, which could be frustrating at times. Breakfast: Kindly prepared by the staff and very nice. Also a coffee machine where you can get anything you want. Location: Very good. Staff: Kind.

I only stayed here for one night but was happy with everything. The private double room was comfortable, good WiFi, clean shared bathrooms, and the free breakfast was the best I've ever had in the hostel. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, I would stay again. There is no elevator in the building just to note, but this was not a problem for me as a lot of old buildings in Lisbon can't be modified, but this makes the buildings very authentic. The hostel is also a bit difficult to find, look for the building number, as opppsed to a sign. Obrigada!

It is cozy hostel at Lisboa. I stayed two nights during visit of Lisboa. It has nice free breakfast in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
