Dear Swayne, thank you for your response, i appreciate not being charged for the car parking issue. In regards to the return of the security deposit this has still not been remitted to my account, this is now 6 business days since check out and over the stated 3-5 business days. I have checked with my financial institution and they are not holding the funds. Kind Regards, Mark

We had a few issues. Our room smelled of curry which was unpleasant and hadn't been aired out. Our carparking place was taken and the ticket given for wilson parking did not work followed closely by room cards not working on room front door but allowing us access to foyer and carpark. The location is perfect being in the middle of the city with restaurant and places of interest close by.

I suggest not. The parking in underground and the entrance is extremely narrow (there is obvious signs of people scraping their cars on the rails). Arrived in the room and the balcony and dishes were dirty. The internet continuously dropped out and chromecasting to the TV wouldn't work due to that.
