Fantastic experience! The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are well-appointed, and the rooftop bar is great. During my two weeks in Vietnam, this was the best hotel I stayed in. All staffs gave us great recommendations and were extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop bar had great views for sunset, nice nibbles to eat and fantastic cocktails at happy hour prices!! I emailed them last minute to ask for a taxi pick up from the airport, and they responded right away that someone would be there for us which was unexpected and appreciated. The breakfast was also wonderful, and I simply have no complaints about this hotel. If I come back to Hanoi, I will absolutely stay here!

1) Impeccable service from checking-in and checking-out process. The Ladies at the Concierge was super sweet and spoke very good English. Management even leave a note to apologized that they couldn’t clean our room bc of our Do Not Disturb sign. 2) The FREE Breakfast buffet here is one of the best Breakfast I ever had. They had fresh and different selection everyday. I love how they have a chef to make your eggs freshly to your liking. 3) Love their FREE Beer, tea and 10% discount on food. 4) A great location away from the Old Quarter since it can be really loud at night with street food goer. 5) Nice rooftop pool and view. 6) Price starting at $38 per room. 7) Book the Executive Double room for the luxurious bathtub and city views. 8) This Hotel is only a few years old. I like how everything is very clean and organized. 9) Currently a 4 stars hotel with amazing location. 10) The Hotel provides toothbrush, toothpaste, hair comb, hair razor, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover and cotton swabs. This such a life saver!

Stayed here during my backpacking trip with a couple of other people in 2023. The hotel was beautiful and we were greeted well on arrival. In a rush to check out in time I left a pouch on the hotel bed which had my travel documents inside. I returned to the hotel a couple of hours later. Only for them to tell me that I never left it there. If I had that the staff would have alerted the manager right away. It was only until I filed a police report 3 weeks later (this was required to get an emergency passport and leave the country) did they manage to magically find my travel pouch and all the contents. Found the staff extremely unhelpful in this situation, especially since the documents went missing in their property and they did not take the initiative to point me in the right direct immediately (i.e the local authorities) instead they constantly denied and said they could not help me. Very bad customer service. The final nights stay at this hotel was unfortunately not pleasant. They were hosting a dinner party in the evening, I felt as tho we were not tended to because we were fewer people (we was celebrating a friends birthday at the hotel this evening). We had a 2 night stay, one of the nights the receptionist unfortunately booking us into the wrong room so we had to move the following day. However, the hotel manager kindly upgraded out room as a good will gesture which was great!

I had the most exceptional experience at this hotel! All the staff were stellar! They ensured I had a safe pickup from the airport in indecent hours. Provided me with thoughtful recommendations for tourists. Receptionists Hieu and Duy Lam ensured I was taken care of anytime I was in the lobby, as well as provided me wonderful refreshments. I had the most delicious cocktail ever that had edible flowers at their bar( I actually had several LOL), that I will always remember that experience and was in great company with the staff! I would, without hesitation, recommend anyone traveling to Hanoi to make this their hotel of choice!! You will love their wonderful bedside manor! I could definitely add more but didn't want to make this too long.

Top 5 hotels in Hanoi in my mind. First of all, you can not find a better hotel in this price! I got a room upgrade. Although it’s not the double bed room as I wished, it still comfortable. Must try the breakfast. It has many local food which be made so delicious. I will come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
