I am very impressed with the service, amenities, room and food of the hotel. The service staff explained in great details of the hotel and room, the room was very luxurious, the bed was heavenly i fell instantly asleep on it and the floor to the private bath is heated. Dinner was divine. Each dish was marvellous and is one of the best dinner I had in Japan. Marvellous night well spent. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service since the moment we reach the hotel. All the employees greet us with a warm smile on the face throughout the stay. Really appreciate their effort in helping us to catch our train to the next destination! Happy with our stay and definitely will come back again!

We choose Fufu to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I have to say the experience is great, and even over our expectation. From the pick-off service, we felt the sincere services from every staff. The suite is fabulous, and the onsen is really great. No matter dinner or breakfast, the food quality is great and we really enjoy our stay in Fufu. We'll definitely come back or choose other fufu branch for our next Japan trip!

Great rooms and amazing restaurant. Be careful with booking the Hakone Signature treatment. While the treatment is listed as 120 minutes, in reality it's a 60 minute massage and a 15 minute "bath". The massage therapist was nice but it was more of a warm oil rub than massage. Also, they don't have any lunch options. Depending on your style, you may be able to make it off the breakfast and dinner only as they are huge. Otherwise you'll be taking a trip into town as there is no food on premise outside of breakfast or dinner.

It is one of the most famous hotels and inns in Hakone. The service and food are all of very high quality, so we highly recommend this accommodation. The prices are high, but the service is worth the price. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are made with a strong sense of Japanese culture.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
