Location was perfect. Amenities (cotton pad, cotton swab, razor, shower cap), bath towel, hand towel, shampoo, body shampoo, conditioner are provided (their hair dryer is Salonia btw). Their room is also very new and clean (bathroom is spacious too). Really appreciate their service and hygiene standards. Definitely recommended and willing to try again next visit to Kyoto. (Plus, lighting of the room is great, not too dark as they have multiple lighting sources)

Great value Hotel. The room was bigger than expected and was well equipped with everything you need. We got two room cards and new towels and trash bags when requested. There is also a free coffee station with v good coffee. The bed was v comfortable. Staff were really friendly and the lady provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff was very nice and even tho they couldn't soeak very good english they still did their best to help us! Deffinitely coming back again!

I have to say for what I paid for this hotel. This hotel was outstanding. Decent size twin room for Japan. Powerful hot shower. Friendly staff and free coffee. What more could you ask for

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
