The room was spacious, clean and bright. Although they are an apartment hotel, the service attitude of their staff is better than that of most hotels. They are very friendly and if you have any questions, they will help you solve it immediately. Secondly, because their room is just above the coffee shop, you can smell the fragrant coffee every morning when you go downstairs. The location is very convenient. Whether you want to go to sightseeing spots or large shopping malls, it only takes 10-15 minutes to drive. If I had to single out something to criticize, it would be that the basin's drainage system drains too slowly. Whether I will come back or not, that’s for sure!

I had the opportunity to go on a business trip with 2 foreign friends.The hotel has great location with few minutes walk to West Lake or Lotte Center. Great Japanese design and new modern amenities in the room. The staff are very enthusiastic and kind. I was especially impressed with the cafe on the first floor. Upon entering the door, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air and the sound of soft jazz music. The menu has a wide range of coffee drinks, from classic espresso to specialty latte and some other drinks such as tea and juice. The pastry selection is also worth a try, with croissants and mouse cakes. The outdoor seating area is a favorite with many diners with views of the busy street. This is a great experience, If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will come back to Fukurai.

I wanted to like this hotel, but the terrible service and lack of basic hygiene ruined my one-day stay. When we got to our room, we found someone eating in the room. It turned out to be an employee having a meal there. I don’t know what kind of business thinks this is ok. The white duvet cover has several black stains and one big brown stain. It was quite disgusting. The bathroom always smells smokey, and there is nothing to put your toiletries on in the shower, so I have to resort to putting my toiletries on the floor… I thought having a coffee shop downstairs would be a cute concept, but they start playing loud music from 8 AM. Good music choice, but blaring music at maximum volume is never a good idea.

I went to Vietnam to attend the Black Pink concert in Hanoi recently and stayed at Fukurai. I am very impressed with the service here. The staff are very enthusiastic to help me find places to visit and eat. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet (although the hotel is located near the main road). I was supported until the last minute, when I got on a taxi to the airport ^^. I was very happy and satisfied. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely choose Fukurai

Overall, I had a spectacular experience staying here, even just for one night. The staffs were extremely helpful and supportive to guide me to everything and accommodate my needs. The facilities and rooms are great, well-decorated and spacious. Definitely will recommend to my friends and will come back for more enjoying experiences.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
