Staff is super friendly and the place looks really nice. They welcomed me with warm smiles and it's always a pleasure to see people do their jobs with passion. I also used the laundry service (after 2 weeks of hand washing everything !). It was well folded and smelled really nice. Thank you so much. The room is clean and well looked after. Food looked a bit better on the picture (breakfast) but still good. You can borrow bikes if needed. It is a short 20/30min walk to the center or a 2/3min grab journey by scooter. The only issue I had during my stay was the fact that they lock the main entrances and so if you wake up super early like me to explore the city when it still sleeps you you ll stay lock inside. There was no one to open the padlocks and in case of emergency I find this system a bit risky.

had an absolutely lovely time here. very reasonable price. the villa is incredibly clean, toiletries are provided and fresh towels daily. laundry was a good price and done extremely quickly (was quoted 24 hours but only took about 6!) breakfast was decent with variety, pool was small but perfect for cooling off. free bikes which we took to the beach, only a 15-20 minute ride. the owner/staff was the best part though, they were extremely kind and helpful and in particular the man running it went out of his way on numerous occasions for us. would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I always ate too much because it was so good. The free bikes were fine which really made up for the fact that it's a bit outside of the city centre. The room was splendid with soft and comfy mattresses and even a division between the shower and toilet (something I have come to miss during my travels through SEA :D).

These people are truly wonderful, the most helpful and kind staff I've met in our 5 weeks in Asia. The hotel itself is new, incredibly clean throughout. Breakfast is fresh fruit, rice pancakes, eggs to order, bread, etc; absolutely satisfactory. There are bikes (well maintained, newish) to use free of charge or you can rent a motorbike for 100,000d per day. The hotel is a little ways out of town (about midway between Hoi An and the beach), but about 12 minutes on the bike and you will feel fresh and energized by the time you arrive at your destination. It is nice and quiet at night and the beds are comfortable.

My fiancé and I stayed here for three days and had the best experience! The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was great, and the free bikes were an awesome addition! It’s a great central location to the beach and old town, and the staff provide a map and directions to common places around the area. Would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
