receptionist not very friendly. fo stay 1 nite okla. better find other hotel. need deposit. for ciken maybe suitable.water cooler outside with sharing eco rm2 glass plastic. towel=floor mat. also have cockroach n lizard when enter😅🤣🤣🤣🧹💩 i dont think it worth 2star. starshit maybe yes.

book 2 night on 10 and 11 june . room 206 door key insert cannot take out , change to room 307 ,took my shower .hot water heater is not working later after shower,the bath room is flooded .

not so much a good place...there is no lift (i had a lot of big luggage and was given third floor room), the person serving the counter whilst i was tryna check in @ 12am++ was sleeping in the couch at the lobby, he even complaint my payment was too cheap for 2 nights as i signed via expedia (and alrdy paid on9) i booked a room with double bed but was given 2 single beds with no apology i wasn't given wifi password & was given away with towels and the room key with neither apology nor compliment. nevertheless, the aunty serving the counter in the morning shift is very nice & friendly :) please improve night staffing & please decorate the lobby more for a familiar & friendly ambience to visitors coming in. tq

√√ Price reasonable for 2 stars budget hotel, +/- rm50 per night. Got water filter every levels. Nice room. Aircond wellfunctioned. Toilet with good water flow. Dont forget to ask wifi password. XX Small room size. Tv with limited available channel. Slow wifi, sometimes disconnected. No lift, got 3rd floor. No hanger. Bedbug. Limited parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
